Cabernet varietale

This young red wine grape is made from the Cabernet Sauvignon varietal and is done in classic red wine style at a temperature of 25-28° C followed by a maceration period of 12 days to impart the beautiful bright red color. The bouquet is lavish and intense, mainly of berries, such as raspberry, blackberry, as well as fern and cherries. Very balanced and fresh on the palate, goes very well with red meats and mature cheeses.
