Passito

This sweet wine is made from white grapes from the Veneto region. It has an ocher yellow appearance and a rich bouquet of candied fruit, apricot, raisins, vanilla and orange blossom. The palate is sweet and mellow with a balance of freshness from the varietal- combining to give elegance and longevity. Great with biscuits, blue cheese and medium/long aged cheeses paired with jams and honey.
